Insurance

Our counselors are under the supervision of Regina Thomas LCPC, accepts most major PPO insurance plans, although require payment at the time of service for those clients who have co-pay/co-insurance or who have not met their deductible year to date. Court-ordered services are not covered by insurance. Contact our office for more information on our financial policy.

Current Carriers Accepted:

Aetna, Anthem, Beacon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, BlueCross and BlueShield, CareFirst, Cigna,  ComPsych, Humana, Magellan Behavioral Health, Military OneSource, Multiplan, New Directions, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, ValueOptions. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

· Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

· What is my deductible, and has it been met?

· How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

· What does the coverage amount per therapy session?

· Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Do you accept out-of-network insurance?

Yes.

Call your insurance company to determine what your benefits will be if you see an out-of-network provider like Revisions Counseling Services. Often you will find that your benefits are similar to the benefits for an in-network provider. Because of our expertise in certain areas of counseling, we have been approved as an in-network provider on a case-by-case basis.

Will you file my claim with my insurance company? 

Yes. 

But, your insurance agreement is between you and your carrier. At your first visit, you will provide us with your insurance information, and we will call your insurance company. Your Counselor will let you know what your insurance company advised us.

Rates

Insurance typically pays for most of this fee.

Initial Consultation $225

Individual, Family, & Adult

Therapy,Mediation, Consulting, Coaching, & Child Adolescent Sessions 45-60 min. $120-$210 (Based on Therapist/tests/Assessments) 

Reduced Fee 

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Pre-martial Therapy Costs & Contacts 

The premarital therapy package is offered with a trained coach (four sessions to eight sessions) or a marriage & family counselor-in-training for the Prepare/Enrich Certification (four to eight sessions at a discounted rate). You may pay for the premarital therapy package in automatic installments. In addition, the PREPARE/ENRICH couple assessment and report costs, you can order when registering. You can purchase our premarital therapy program for yourself or as a gift. (Not all Premarital assessments and test are covered by Insurance depending on coach and or counselor)
