Online Support Group For Teens Experiencing Anxiety  During COVID-19

For Females ages 13-17

Beneficial for teens struggling with Managing Feelingings,  Anxiety, Depression, Coping Skills, Self Esteem, Communication, Body Image, School Performance, and Peer Relationships.

Teens Will work on developing positive coping skills, increasing self-esteems, and regulating emotions in a safe and supportive environment.
